Every recipe gets tested and every regional claim gets checked before it goes live, but a number can still get mistyped, a step can read unclearly, and some food history stays genuinely disputed even among people who grew up cooking the dish at home. • The exact thing that looks wrong — an amount, a step, a timing, or a regional or historical point.
